A full remodel of the older, dated storefront with an interactive, LED-lit sculptural back wall (utilizing an actual topographic map of the Boise River from the USGS), a more engaging display and PoP hardware for packs and bags, color temp corrected lighting, wayfinding graphics and layering system media displays, and interior/street-facing backlight SEG wall graphics.
The concrete flooring was resurfaced and polished, walls were repainted with on-brand colorways, window treatments were added for better lighting and less UV exposure to products, and custom furniture built for
in-store displays and PoP. This was a year-long project where I was the lead designer and project manager.
These are the production files for the 3-level sculptural back wall of the entire store. It measures 70'x11' long, and had 3 separate heights, each wrapped in a topographic vinyl graphic. at the bottom is a channel-cut river with a bluetooth programmable led rope light. This is covered with a cut, frosted plexiglass cover to ensure the light is spread evenly without spots or visible highlights.

They're designed to communicate the 3-layer technical apparel system and showcase which products belong in each layer using lifestyle and iconography i designed to quickly communicate key features at a glance.
